📋 Description

• Create, edit and publish internal communication content, including news articles, announcements, employee stories and leadership communications • Recommend improvements to communication channels and processes to increase employee engagement • Support communication activities for internal projects, strategic global initiatives and organizational changes • Measure communication effectiveness through reporting and feedback • Support day-to-day management and development of the Walter intranet • Serve as a key contact for intranet-related topics across Walter and the Sandvik Group • Coordinate and support the global Walter intranet editor network through guidance, training and best practices • Drive governance, consistency and content standards across the intranet • Monitor content performance and engagement analysis and recommend improvements • Coordinate communication activities across concurrent projects • Develop and coordinate communication plans across functions, divisions and regions • Support planning, scheduling and publishing to ensure timely, coordinated communication • Align Marketing and Communication team activities and content timing across channels

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, digital communications or a related field • Strong content creation, editing and proofreading skills • Experience managing or supporting intranet platforms and digital communication channels • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across a global organization • Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and digital communication platforms • Interest in leveraging new technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve communication processes • Complete application documents: cover letter, CV and references • State salary expectations and earliest starting date
