📋 Description

• Operational and strategic management of the warehouse area within the outlet, ensuring smooth processes • Coordination and supervision of incoming goods – from receipt and assembly to presentation on the sales floor • Management and optimization of the returns area for parcels and large furniture items • Organization of furniture assembly and refurbishment for the sales floor, including hands-on participation • Preparation of duty rosters for the warehouse team and fostering a positive, motivating work environment • Managing the warehouse using relevant KPIs, analyzing efficiency and initiating measures when deviations occur • Contributing ideas for continuous improvement of processes and the work environment • Regular coordination with site and sales management to ensure optimal integration of warehouse and sales floor

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in logistics or skilled trades, ideally in furniture or retail • Previous experience leading teams and enjoyment in motivating and developing employees • Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent working style and a pronounced hands-on mentality • Excellent communication skills, enjoyment of collaboration with different departments, and experience managing processes via key performance indicators • Willingness to critically review existing processes, proactively contribute ideas, and good IT skills
