• Responsible for the install customer experience by leading a team of associates • Ensure sold jobs are managed effectively across the life cycle of the job • Conduct audits of contracts and measures and perform site visits • Manage job flow processes including scheduling and customer communication • Lead training sessions with field install teams for continual education • Utilize data and reporting to identify trends and meet goals • Maintain relationships and professional communications with store and service teams
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • 10+ years of experience in the construction/home improvement industry • Experience managing residential home improvement install projects • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Strong time management and organizational skills • Customer service focus • Collaborative leadership skills with a value placed on partnerships
