📋 Description
• Identify and prioritize the key growth levers across acquisition, activation, and conversion • Enhance the end-to-end homeowner acquisition experience • Ideate and build self-serve tools and experiences for homeowners • Define the product infrastructure for partner and referral channels
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping product that drives meaningful growth • Demonstrated experience driving growth for a high-stakes, trust-sensitive consumer product; financial services, mortgage, or insurance experience is a plus • Strong instincts for identifying growth levers • Experience building tools, calculators, or self-serve experiences that generate demand • Skilled at working cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and others • Genuine excitement about building with AI • Comfort balancing strategic ideation with in-the-weeds execution • A bias for action, rigorous experimentation, and continuous learning
