• Own day-to-day strategy and execution across paid search programs on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising • Manage a $10–30M annual search budget • Build and maintain keyword architecture and negative keyword management • Write and test ad copy in collaboration with creative • Build and maintain measurement frameworks • Partner with Analytics and other teams for implementation • Stay ahead of platform changes and translate emerging capabilities into actionable strategy • Consider the use of AI-based tools for optimizations • Manage and hold accountable agency partners and platform relationships
• 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience • At least 3 years managing programs of $5M+ in annual spend • Deep hands-on expertise across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising • Deep experience working with lagged or downfunnel conversion data • Experience in categories where consumer education is part of the search challenge • A data-first mindset paired with the judgment to act under uncertainty • Strong cross-functional communication • Comfort working autonomously in a remote-first environment • A bias toward ownership
