📋 Description
• Your primary role will be to handle incoming customer support requests. • You will be responsible for answering questions, updating system configuration, and troubleshooting. • Take on software development and process improvements during downtime to create support tooling and modify product functionality. • Look to not just solve the proximate issue but to eliminate the issue or reduce the time to handle the issue going forward.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of software engineering • Ability to handle complex situations • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing • A drive to learn and grow with a mindset of continuous improvement • Consistent and dependable attendance, with flexibility to work the early shift (6:00 AM PT start) or the afternoon shift (6:00 PM PT end). • Residing in the United States, including Puerto Rico • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship • Commercial software development experience (Bonus) • Customer service/support experience (Bonus)
