📋 Description

• Write job postings in English and German • Serve as the first point of contact for candidate and client inquiries via Slack and email • Screen candidates via video calls • Conduct initial interviews focusing on core values and social skills • Perform active sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms • Improve and build recruiting processes • Implement AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university or institution of higher education for at least one more year • Fluent in German and English • Initial experience in customer-facing roles • Efficient working style, clear communication, and a KPI-driven approach • Confident working with Notion workflows and templates, as well as building processes • Interest in and experience using AI tools to optimize recruiting processes • Previous work experience, for example at a dm checkout or in a restaurant • Enjoy working with people, possess strong self-reflection skills, and be committed to personal development • Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn new skills independently • Degree program in any field • Previous experience in HR or recruitment services is not required
