• Your main goal is to increase connections between breeders/shelters and pet parents • Scale buyers and increase app traffic through SEA, SEO, social media • Optimise our E2E funnel to increase revenues (conversions, CTR, CAC, CLTV) • Automate and optimise AI companions to support you day-to-day • Be close to customers and partners, supporting customer support and partner updates
• Fluent in German (C2) & English • AI proficient with tools related to marketing • At least 2 years hands-on experience running and optimising campaigns (performance, content, or lifecycle), ideally in a startup or for your own projects. • You have or had a dog and are knowledgeable about them
• 4 day work week - fully flexible working hours • Base + Bonus (depends on country of residence)
