📋 Description
• Develop and manage high-priority, large-scale partnership relationships • Ensure proactive clinical care and optimal clinical quality for patients • Make staffing recommendations and build a team for partner implementations • Work closely with payer partners, provider partners, and market teams • Drive successful adoption of Honest’s care model and improvements in clinical quality • Measure and monitor market outcomes and performance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field required • 8+ years of experience in a healthcare environment focused on strategic planning and/or operationalizing risk-based services • Experience leading an implementation function and team preferred • Experience with value-based care contracts and programs (e.g., ACO REACH, Medicare Shared Savings Program) • Financial acumen • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) • Strong written and verbal communication skills
