📋 Description
• Own the architecture of learning and quality at Honeydew from the ground up • Design and scale a structured onboarding academy and ongoing skill-development curriculum • Build and own a QA framework with clear KPIs • Partner with Care Coordination leadership to surface frontline feedback and training needs • Build the systems and dashboards for proactive quality and performance issue detection
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in learning & development, quality assurance, or workforce performance leadership • Demonstrated experience building structured programs from the ground up • Experience leading or designing QA frameworks with measurable KPIs, and tying training programs to performance outcomes • Experience leading managers or senior ICs • Strong data fluency and comfort building or interpreting performance dashboards
