📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain stable cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Combine software engineering with infrastructure, automation, cloud architecture, and SRE principles • Develop a platform enabling engineers to build and deploy solutions faster, more easily, and independently • Manage infrastructure exclusively through code, avoiding manual configuration • Pursue high reliability, automation, and strong system observability • Build the platform service layer and APIs • Collaborate with the company and its client • Support development teams in safely delivering code

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes (highly desired) • Experience with OpenMetadata or similar data governance platforms • Experience with GCP Networking, including Load Balancers, DNS, TLS/SSL, and IAP • Experience with cloud security • Experience with monitoring and observability tools • Significant experience with Platform, DevOps, or SRE work • Serious experience working with cloud systems on GCP and designing scalable, resilient architectures • Strong Python and FastAPI foundation • Experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions • PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and integrations • Developer Experience (DX) mindset and ability to understand development teams' needs • Ability to reduce developer friction and help teams deliver code safely
