📋 Description

• Establishing a new era of legal enforcement • Responsible for client relationships and contact, and for providing legal advice and representation in tenancy law • Conducting negotiations with opposing parties and opposing counsel • Drafting complaints, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents • Independently handling cases and representing clients both out of court and in court • Closely collaborating with various other internal teams • Contributing experience and feedback to the product development process

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany (Volljurist/in) with at least 1 year of professional experience (ideally in tenancy law) • Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style • Willingness to learn and to take ownership and responsibility for work • Strong communication and negotiation skills
