📋 Description

• Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space. • Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines. This includes driving product vision, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with airline partners’ goals and success metrics. • Optimize Existing Solutions: Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities. • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences. • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships. • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the fintech and travel spaces. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience working within the airline industry is a strong plus. • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English. The ability to communicate effectively with ME and NA partners and stakeholders is crucial.
