📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end global payroll operating model • Manage and develop a team of 2–3 direct reports • Lead operational administration of employee equity in Shareworks • Identify and implement automation workflows • Partner with HR Technology, IT, and Finance • Strengthen compliance protocols and documentation • Establish clear processing calendars and accountability metrics • Step into complex tax, equity, and payroll challenges
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations • Direct familiarity handling equity platforms like Shareworks • Strong track record of designing HRIS integrations • Deep knowledge of payroll controls and financial audit readiness • The demonstrated capability to manage and upskill a remote operational team • Ability to convert complex operational patterns into clear, data-driven decisions
