📋 Description
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications • Collaborate with underwriting, product, and operations teams • Configure and support PolicyCenter functionalities • Facilitate workshops and backlog refinement • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements • Partner closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance processes • Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter • Demonstrated skills in requirements elicitation • Agile delivery experience • Stakeholder communication skills • Up to date Guidewire Analyst ACE certification is required
