📋 Description

• Support educators by addressing inquiries about their life and retirement insurance policies • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and live chats • Develop strong knowledge of Horace Mann Life and Retirement insurance products, services and policies • Handle and problem solve customers' inquiries via phone, email, and chats • Ensure a great customer experience in both written and verbal communications • Responsible for proactive up-sell and cross-sell of insurance solutions to existing customer base

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • 2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred • Insurance or Finance industry experience helpful • Basic math skills and billing interpretation skills • Effective communication, both written and verbally • Demonstrate active listening, system navigation, research, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization and time management skills
