📋 Description

• Guide new customers from initial contact through to personalized financial planning. • Conduct consultations, assess insurance and retirement planning needs, and develop tailored solutions. • Work according to established standards and document processes reliably. • Ensure smooth and efficient execution. • Serve as the primary point of contact and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism. • Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up. • Structure processes and support the team. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, completed commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification. • Residence in Germany. • Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work. • Reliable, professional, and friendly communication—in person, by phone, and digitally. • Confident working with clear systems and defined processes. • Willingness to take responsibility for your area and complete tasks thoroughly. • Experience in customer consulting, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required.
