📋 Description

• Conduct client meetings professionally, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and consultation of new clients • Gradually build and manage your own client base • Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth building • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn the core processes of financial services sales • Receive guidance from Kevin Kehr through clear structure, feedback, and individualized support

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher qualification • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native proficiency) • Residence in Germany • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
