📋 Description

• Conduct client meetings professionally, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and consultation of new clients • Gradually build your own client portfolio • Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth accumulation • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn the core sales processes • Receive guidance, coaching, and individualized support from Kevin Kehr

🎯 Requirements

• A university entrance qualification, completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native proficiency) • Residence in Germany • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
