📋 Description

• Conduct client meetings professionally, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and consultation of new clients • Gradually build your own client portfolio • Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth accumulation • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn core sales processes • Receive personal guidance, coaching, and support from Kevin Kehr

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, completed commercial vocational training, or an equivalent or higher qualification • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native proficiency) • Residence in Germany • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
