📋 Description

• Conduct client meetings professionally, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and consulting of new clients • Gradually build your own client portfolio • Prepare analyses and concepts covering protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth building • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn key sales processes • Receive guidance, coaching, and individualized support from Kevin Kehr

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher qualification • Excellent German skills (at least C1 level or native proficiency) • Residence in Germany • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
