📋 Description

• Conduct professional client meetings, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and advising of new clients • Gradually build your own client portfolio • Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, retirement planning, investment, and wealth building • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn the core processes of financial services sales • Receive structured guidance, feedback, and individualized development support from Kevin Kehr

🎯 Requirements

• Abitur (German university entrance qualification), completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher qualification • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native proficiency) • Residence in Germany • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
