📋 Description
• Manage bankruptcy cases from intake through case preparation • Collect, review, and organize financial and legal documentation • Communicate with clients and follow up on outstanding documents • Monitor deadlines and case progress • Maintain accurate records • Assist attorneys and paralegals with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with U.S. bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13) • Previous experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases • Experience with bankruptcy case management software is a plus • Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
