đ Description
⢠Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement ⢠Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation ⢠Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries ⢠Coordinate medical treatment approvals, lien negotiations, and case follow-ups ⢠Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met ⢠Maintain accurate case records and update case management software ⢠Support attorneys in case preparation for hearings, depositions, and settlements
đŻ Requirements
⢠Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field ⢠Bilingual (English/Spanish) ⢠Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures ⢠Excellent communication and negotiation skills ⢠Highly organized with strong attention to detail ⢠Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
