📋 Description

• Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. • Support the deal desk by reviewing and approving sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Ensure all deals adhere to regional requirements, including GDPR compliance and local tax regulations. • Coordinate with Finance and Provisioning teams for accurate billing setup and multi-currency handling. • Work cross-functionally with Legal using Streamline AI for contract reviews and approvals. • Maintain and update sales order records in the CRM system. • Assist in the development and implementation of process strategies to operate more efficiently. • Provide training and support to the sales team on order management and deal desk processes. • Resolve any issues related to sales orders and deal approvals promptly. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in sales operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, or Deal Desk roles • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
