📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience • Advise customers on products, orders, and services • Independently handle customer inquiries and orders • Provide solution-oriented responses • Actively support the operational order fulfillment process • Reliably maintain orders in the ERP system • Collaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, Procurement, and Sales • Ensure a seamless customer journey • Maintain master data and systems • Contribute to high data quality • Identify potential process improvements • Contribute ideas for further development

🎯 Requirements

• Initial professional experience in customer service • Strong customer focus and a highly service-oriented mindset • Enjoyment of direct customer contact • Excellent communication skills • High level of commitment • Reliability and willingness to take responsibility • Experience using ERP systems is an advantage • Very good written and spoken German • Good English skills • Additional languages are an advantage but not required • Initial experience in equestrian sports or working with horses is an advantage
