📋 Description

• Own end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android from strategic discovery through native UI delivery and implementation support • Run an AI-augmented design thinking process • Turn user and business insights into mobile experiences that improve adoption, retention, and growth • Evolve Hostaway's mobile design system • Raise quality, accessibility, and craft standards across the apps • Shape mobile product strategy through research and data • Define a roadmap of high-impact design bets • Champion users in decisions about future product development • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence direction and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing complex digital products, ideally SaaS • Strong portfolio including shipped native mobile work for iOS and Android • Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and platform-specific patterns • High proficiency in interactive prototyping • Proficiency with Claude Code and code-based design workflows • Experience using Figma, with decreasing reliance on it • Fluency using AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and validation • Expert-level proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods • Proven collaboration with product and engineering teams to influence direction and drive outcomes without formal authority
