📋 Description

• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning • Monitor actual vs. planned results, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities • Monitor and analyze business metrics such as revenue, bookings, margin, and EBITDA • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions • Prepare management reports and executive presentations for local and global leadership • Support monthly and quarterly business performance meetings (business reviews) • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to support growth and profitability initiatives • Assess the financial viability of new projects, products, or investments • Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and margin optimization • Lead and develop the FP&A team, setting priorities, reviewing analyses, and supporting team development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Proven experience in FP&A, financial planning, or controllership • Previous experience leading or coordinating teams • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling • Advanced Excel skills for analysis and modeling • Fluent Portuguese and English for frequent interaction with international teams • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate financial analyses clearly and concisely • Familiarity with recurring business metrics (MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.)
