📋 Description
• Conduct closing calls with qualified leads • Follow and improve the existing sales process • Lead, develop and train the sales team • Meet monthly targets and monitor performance indicators • Establish departmental processes, routines and standards • Monitor individual and team metrics • Define and implement sales strategies • Track KPIs and propose continuous improvements

• Strong experience in online sales • Experience coordinating and developing sales teams • Strong focus on targets, KPIs and performance management • Proficiency with CRM (Zoho) and sales automation tools • Knowledge of sales techniques and process management
