📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and develop software solutions based on requests from the Product team • Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs • Collaborate with Product, Front-end, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions • Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of backend applications • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to designing new solutions and evolving existing systems • Perform code reviews and share knowledge with other developers • Ensure delivery quality, including creating and maintaining automated tests • Provide technical support for production systems, assisting in diagnosing and resolving issues • Support continuous improvement of development processes by proposing new technologies, methodologies, and best practices • Keep technical documentation up to date and aligned with system changes • Set up development environments and support deployment and release processes • Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure proper use of current best practices and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development, working with high-availability, scalable systems • Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as PHP, Go, Python, Java, or Node.js • Deep knowledge of developing and consuming RESTful APIs • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis • Experience with version control systems, especially Git • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and software engineering best practices • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Solid knowledge of security, performance, and observability best practices • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills • Intermediate to advanced English
