📋 Description

• Lead the team's technical evolution and maturity, promoting development best practices and software quality. • Identify and enhance each professional's strengths, assigning tasks according to their skills and goals. • Act as a Java technical reference, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring high-value business deliveries. • Mentor less experienced developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous team development. • Promote a collaborative, engaged environment oriented toward technical excellence and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field; • Development of Java applications, Web (Angular, JSF) and Mobile (Android/iOS); • Microservices development (Spring Boot) and Docker deployment (OpenShift and/or Kubernetes); • Development and integration with SOAP WebServices, REST API/RESTful services, Mainframe, and Databases; • DevOps tools (Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab and Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, StarTeam); • Continuous integration, automated deployment and unit testing, TDD, BDD and agile methodology (SCRUM); • Knowledge of cloud environments, private and public (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
