📋 Description

• Lead the team's technical evolution and maturity, promoting development best practices and software quality. • Identify and enhance each professional's strengths, assigning activities according to their skills and goals. • Serve as a technical reference in Java, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring high-value deliveries for the business. • Mentor less-experienced developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and the team's continuous development. • Foster a collaborative, engaged environment focused on technical excellence and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field; • Experience developing Java applications, Web (Angular, JSF) and Mobile (Android/iOS); • Development of microservices (Spring Boot) and containerization with Docker (OpenShift and/or Kubernetes); • Development and integration with Web Services (SOAP, REST/RESTful), mainframe systems, and databases; • DevOps tools (Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab and Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, StarTeam); • Continuous integration, automated deployment and unit testing, TDD, BDD and agile methodology (SCRUM); • Knowledge of private and public cloud environments, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
