📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to multiple projects throughout the internship, including initiatives for the Solution Exchange • Assist with process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Collaborate closely with team members on the Solution Network team to achieve project goals

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as business or a related discipline • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher • Strong preference of junior, senior, and graduate-level students • Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required • Highly motivated and self-directed • Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills • Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations • Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships • Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism • Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting • Able to work on a broad variety of projects • Adaptable to changing needs and situations • Ability to establish credibility and trust.
