📋 Description
• Act as a strategic thought partner and leader to Supply leadership, owning forecasting models and high-impact analyses • Lead financial and operational analysis across Supply Sales and Partnerships, Pricing, and new product lines (Flights, Cars, Fintech) • Design and lead executive- and board-level reporting frameworks and presentations • Own and evolve financial models (revenue forecasts, partnerships ROI, CAC payback) informing quarterly targets, hiring plans, and investment decisions • Partner cross-functionally with Supply, Pricing, and Product to define KPIs, evaluate initiatives, and measure performance across growth experiments • Drive forward-looking GTM strategy, new product acceleration, resource allocation, and addressable market analytics • Mentor junior finance team members and help build a high-performing Finance & Strategy function
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting with significant exposure to GTM, Fintech, or SaaS operating models • Prior experience in fintech and/or high-growth startups • Deep understanding of GTM economics — CAC, LTV, churn, funnel metrics, sales efficiency • Advanced modeling skills in Excel (or Google Sheets) • Fluency in tools like Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar • Experience with planning systems like Adaptive, Anaplan, or Mosaic is a plus • Executive presence; ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for C-suite and board audiences • Strategic, proactive, resourceful mindset; ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment • Mentorship and team leadership; ability to mentor junior team members and assume direct management as team scales
