📋 Description

• Craft and execute innovative strategies to drive significant revenue growth through advertising products, ensuring Engine remains a leader in the work travel industry. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, sales, and supply partners to unlock new monetization opportunities and deliver seamless ad experiences for our customers. • Lead the development and expansion of ad campaign types and formats, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and overall partner satisfaction. • Provide exceptional insights and support to internal stakeholders and supply partners, ensuring every advertising initiative aligns with business goals and exceeds expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and launching internal advertising products, preferably within high-growth marketplace or platform companies. • You’re a strategic thinker and problem-solver with expertise in ad monetization, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. • Bonus points if you’re fluent in working with data analytics and data science teams, comfortable interpreting conversion and click-through metrics, and familiar with ad tech platforms and tools. • You’re ready to take full ownership of your product area, act as a subject matter expert, build strong relationships across product, engineering, sales, and supply teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes with autonomy and confidence.
