📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of Activities suppliers • Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers • Negotiate commercial conditions including rates and contract terms • Analyze portfolio performance through bi-weekly reports and statistics • Monitor KPIs and take actions to improve performance • Solve operational issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams and suppliers • Work closely with internal stakeholders and support cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in contracting, sourcing, account management, or similar roles • Experience in travel, tourism, or supplier management highly preferred • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese for communication • Availability to travel as part of supplier relationship management • Strong prioritization and time management skills • High level of analytical thinking with comfort in data and performance metrics • Strong commercial mindset with negotiation capabilities • Excellent relationship management and communication skills • High attention to detail and process discipline with flexibility to manage changing priorities • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with internal systems, contracting tools, or booking platforms
