📋 Description

• Standardize business performance reporting by creating insightful, user-friendly dashboards • Develop, target and track KPIs • Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency • Translate data into actionable recommendations • Identify business performance improvement opportunities • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions • Understand the drivers behind results rather than just reporting them • Collaborate on and support strategic projects and initiatives • Communicate effectively across diverse teams and audiences, including senior management • Develop presentations with conceptual and/or quantitative analysis to facilitate top management decision-making • Support data quality initiatives • Deliver work under tight deadlines and high pressure • Work with uncertainty and limited information • Abstract information into clear summaries for top management decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• University degree Bachelor or Master • Prior experience in a similar role • Curious, proactive and can-do attitude with proven problem-solving skills • Diligence to prioritize and deliver workload • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels and functions, especially senior stakeholders • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks • Tenacity, proactivity and confidence to challenge information and processes that do not make sense • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent English; Spanish is a bonus
