📋 Description

• Support in project management for creating, budgeting and billing projects in SAP • Support with customer and vendor master data setup in SAP • Collaboration with Group Controlling, Accounting and other units within the Serviceplan Group • Monitoring of billing processes and the rolling forecast • Preparation of Excel reports, including job-time reports and project-based revenue and cost reports • Further development of internal processes and structures

🎯 Requirements

• No prior professional experience required • Quick learner with a sharp analytical mind • High energy level and strong ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills and a sense of humor • Confident and frequent user of Excel • Enjoy working with numbers and preparing reports • Analytical working style and an entrepreneurial mindset • Structured, results-oriented and independent way of working • Interest in improving internal processes and structures • Enthusiasm for project management
