📋 Description

• Support for project management in creating, budgeting, and billing projects in SAP • Support with customer and vendor master data setup in SAP • Collaboration with Group Controlling, Accounting, and various units of the Serviceplan Group • Monitoring ongoing billing processes and the rolling forecast • Preparation of Excel reports, e.g., job-time reports as well as project-based revenue and cost reports • Further development of internal processes and structures

🎯 Requirements

• Quick learner with a high energy level and a strong ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour • Confident and enthusiastic user of Excel • Enjoy working with numbers and preparing reports • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset • Structured, results-oriented and independent working style • Interest in improving internal processes and structures • Enjoyment of project management • No prior work experience required
