📋 Description

• Support project management activities • Create, budget, and invoice projects in SAP • Support the creation of customer and supplier accounts in SAP • Collaborate with Group Controlling, Accounting, and other units within the Serviceplan Group • Monitor ongoing billing processes and the rolling forecast • Prepare Excel reports, including job-time reports and project-based revenue and cost reports

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset • Confident handling of Excel, with an enthusiasm for numbers and report preparation • Structured, results-oriented, and independent working style • Excellent communication skills • Quick learner with high energy and a strong sense of independence • Interest in developing internal processes and structures • Enjoyment of project management • No professional experience required
