📋 Description

• Support project management with creating, budgeting, and invoicing projects in SAP • Support the creation of customer and supplier records in SAP • Collaborate with Group Controlling, Accounting, and various entities within the Serviceplan Group • Monitor ongoing invoicing processes and the rolling forecast • Prepare Excel reports, such as job-time reports and project-based revenue and cost reports

• No professional experience required • Sharp-minded with a quick grasp of new concepts • High level of energy • Strong sense of independence • Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humor • Confident and enthusiastic working with Excel • Enjoy working with numbers and preparing reports • Analytical approach to work • Entrepreneurial mindset • Structured, results-oriented, and independent working style • Interest in further developing internal processes and structures • Enjoyment of project management
