📋 Description

• Create purchase orders and support administrative activities within the project management environment • Maintain and further develop project overviews and one-pagers • Work with ServiceNow (SNOW) and support project-related tickets and requests • Review and evaluate HSE Site Manager reports and prepare information for internal stakeholders • Track HSE cases within ServiceNow and support timely resolution • Manage the PPE database for HSE Site Managers and ensure data accuracy and completeness • Track tasks, milestones, and project deliverables across different activities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field • Very good knowledge of MS 365 applications • Interest in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) topics • Interest in project management, process improvement, and digital ways of working • Ideally, initial experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing and workflow management systems • German language skills at minimum B2 level, written and spoken • English language skills at minimum B2 level, written and spoken • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with stakeholders across functions
