📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination, and management of marketing projects • Maintain project plans and task overviews, for example in tools such as Plane • Coordinate and follow up on tasks and deadlines within the team • Support the marketing team with day-to-day business and operational tasks • Assist in optimizing and automating project and marketing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student, ideally studying business administration, marketing, economics, communications, project management, or a related field • Strong organizational skills, with a structured, independent, and reliable working style • Good understanding of priorities and deadlines, even when managing multiple topics simultaneously • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team • Confident user of common office and collaboration tools; experience with project management tools is an advantage • Interest in marketing, digitalization, and AI • Excellent written and spoken German • Availability of approximately 10 hours per week, by arrangement
