📋 Description

• Listing Management: Take charge of the creation, updating, and maintenance of listings across multiple booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal. • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards by conducting thorough reviews of all listings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every detail. • Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Channels team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination. • Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to analyse listing and revenue performance, presenting actionable insights to improve outcomes. • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency. • Operational Excellence: Refine team workflows, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and contribute to quarterly objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in operations, listing management, or similar roles within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights. • Detail-Oriented: Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Problem Solving: A resourceful and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Organisational Skills: Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to host success. • Fluent or business level English, written and spoken • You will also need: • A quiet, dedicated workspace • Headset with mic and webcam • Stable high speed internet with backup, minimum 5 Mbps • Laptop or desktop with at least quad core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD
