📋 Description

• Step in as the fractional CFO/Controller for a dedicated roster of up to 30 clients (gross revenues mostly under $10MM) • Analyze financials to spot trends and risks • Go toe-to-toe with bookkeepers to fix messy data • Deliver hard truths to the business owner with a mix of radical candor and humor

🎯 Requirements

• A strong financial/accounting background with a relevant business degree (emphasis in accounting/finance strongly preferred) • Hands-on experience advising under-capitalized small business owners who aren't financially literate • Ability to explain complex FP&A data in plain English • Massive bias for growth • High emotional intelligence • Confidence to hold clients accountable to their own goals • Must reside in: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA
