📋 Description

• Building scalable operational systems and workflows • Designing KPI dashboards and accountability rhythms • Improving operational efficiency and profitability • Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks • Strengthening hiring, delegation, and organizational structure • Translating strategic goals into weekly execution plans • Coaching owners to lead with data instead of instinct • Helping businesses become less owner-dependent and more scalable

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of operational leadership experience • Direct experience working with founders or business owners • Full responsibility for business operations • Experience supporting businesses between approximately $1M and $35M+ in annual revenue • Success building systems, KPIs, and accountability • Strong financial and operational business acumen • The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously • Experience serving multiple organizations or operating as a Fractional COO is a plus but not required
