• Take full responsibility for hotel chain partner development in your assigned region • Recommend platform products to hotel chain partners based on their individual needs • Explain platform products, their benefits and use cases to hotel chain partners • Communicate with hotel chain partners in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs • Maintain working knowledge of HRS Group’s various tech products and services • Build and nurture relationships with hotel chain partners to facilitate sales • Extract, analyze and interpret data from various sources to help hotel chain partners understand how platform products can help them achieve their goals • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales in the CRM • Advise and train hotel chain partners on HRS systems and applications
• Practical experience in solution selling or a related area • Commercially driven and data-minded, with strong analytical skills • Familiarity with industry-relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to support cross-functional success and deliver results • Hands-on experience managing initiatives from start to finish • Strong negotiation, time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner • Confident interpersonal skills and comfort meeting new people on a daily basis • A proactive drive to improve processes and outcomes • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to develop new possibilities and processes • Eagerness to learn, experiment and not be afraid to fail • Ability to analyze failures and implement solutions to improve performance • Structured and independent working style, combined with a high degree of initiative and responsibility • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to give presentations in both German and English
