• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms • Present and demonstrate SaaS products to potential clients • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve customer experience • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field • Previous 1-2 years experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or software sales is preferred • Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to understand SaaS products and explain technical concepts in a simple manner • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable mindset • Confidence in client meetings and product demos
