• Create static and animated visuals for a variety of digital and print marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. • Design and develop multimedia projects, including videos, interactive presentations, and other digital media. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to understand clients' business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions. • Conduct research on industry trends, competition, and target audiences to inform design decisions. • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets. • Design and develop UI/UX elements for digital products and services. • Stay up-to-date with design software and tools, as well as emerging design trends and practices.
• MUST have agency experience • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably in a marketing agency setting. • A strong portfolio of work showcasing a range of design projects, from concept to completion, with emphasis on static images, animations, video editing, UI/UX design, and multimedia. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Premiere, and other design and video editing software. • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and web design principles. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
