📋 Description

• Manage the client's various social channels • Manage the company's social channels • Create monthly content calendars for each social channel • Act as the focal point between the agency and the client • Liaise with clients weekly to obtain relevant content • Work closely with the graphic designer to produce required content • Create social media and advertising copy • Schedule posts according to content calendars • Comment daily on local businesses and engage meaningfully • Reply to comments • Create and manage weekly and monthly reporting sheets and meetings • Recommend and propose features such as competitions and promotions to develop brand awareness • Create educational content and occasionally work with influencers • Update and create company guides, templates, and processes to develop the role

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the social media field or a related field • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook • In-depth knowledge of dark posts and geo-targeting techniques • Strong writing and communication skills • Well-versed in social analytics and reporting tools • Good understanding of digital marketing as a whole • Must have marketing agency experience • Must work exclusively for the company while employed; freelancing or working for another company is prohibited • Must use company-installed productivity-tracking software
