• Develop and execute PPC strategies for the UK and DE markets to maximize conversions. • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copy, bid management, and landing page optimization. • Conduct A/B testing and optimize Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns. • Analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. • Work with the SEO team to ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies. • Monitor CPC, conversion rates, and KPIs to maximize ROI. • Ensure compliance with advertising regulations in the UK and Germany. • Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• 3+ years of PPC experience in e-commerce, preferably in combat sports or related industries. • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Shopping. • Strong understanding of UK and DE consumer behavior (German fluency is a plus). • Proven track record in scaling campaigns profitably and optimizing ROAS. • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. • Knowledge of CRO strategies, retargeting, and landing page optimization. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
